Education

Graduated at University of Technology in Brno, Faculty of Machine Engineering and Faculty of Electrotechnics (Vysoké Učení Technické v Brně, FME, FEI) with Bachelor in Applied Informatics and Master degrees in Computer Science and Control Systems, passed with honour and very well.

Career start

I started my career as a computer engineer and dBase developer at Kancelarske stroje Inc. in 1988 in Brno before my admit to University. Later, in 1990 after the “Velvet revolution” I decided to start a small business to offer repair service for consumer, industrial electronics and freelance programming.

Career progress

Recently, I decided to release a position of business and technical manager in a private company. My intention now is to forward all my energy to work as a member of a hi-tech company with worldwide activities.

Specifically, I will apply the skills gained from the experience in

  • the management of the team of design engineers,
  • business management of a small company,
  • the control over of the projects and its quality.

The inspiration comes from the practical and theoretical background in

  • electrotechnics, radiocommunications, mechanical engineering, physics and anorganic chemistry,
  • multipurpose network design (CATV, data TCP/IP, wireless, sensor networks),
  • system modeling and simulation (Matlab + Simulink, NI Multisim+Labview, PSpice, MicroCap, AWR MicrowaveOffice,..),
  • rapid prototyping, software design and testing (analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, specification, coding, debugging, validation),
  • MCU real-time OS and Windows programming (FreeRTOS, ANSI C, TinyOS, C++),
  • test and measurement applications.
